Vitamin Sunshine D3 Forte provides a high-potency dose of 50 mcg (2000 IU) vitamin D3 per drop, suspended in premium MCT oil from coconut for optimal absorption. This vegetarian-friendly supplement is designed to maintain healthy vitamin D levels throughout the year, especially in climates with limited sunlight exposure.

Vitamin D3 is naturally produced in the skin when exposed to sunlight. However, during autumn and winter, or when using sunscreen, production can drop by up to 90%. Insufficient vitamin D levels can affect immunity, bone health, muscle function, and calcium absorption.
