We will do our best to support you on that and make sure that you are happy with our services. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Get Body Back Ltd facilitates delivery services to their customers, hence any action related to the shipments should be resolved directly with the selected courier/shipping company.

If for some reason you can't collect your parcel from the courier, and your parcel comes back to us, then we refund the money for products minus the shipping costs (if your parcel was insured as well - we have to prove the cost of shipment).

How will gbb-store.co.uk deliver my order?
We use national couriers like Royal Mail and EVRI to deliver goods.
Right now we choose Royal Mail to make your delivery. All the process looks like this - you make an order between 00:01 - 23:00 and the next day your parcel is sent to you (so you should receive your parcel up to 48 hours.
How soon will gbb-store.co.uk dispatch my order?
We will dispatch complete orders within the delivery time stated in your shopping basket at the point of ordering.
Will you deliver on bank holidays?
No deliveries will be made on bank holidays.
Can you deliver to my area?
gbb-store.co.uk can only accept orders for delivery to UK or Eire addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses.
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately not. We deliver to the mainland UK (excluding BFPO addresses).
