DESCRIPTION: High quality organic broccoli seeds containing natural sulforaphane and glucoraphanin, usually found in cruciferous plants such as cabbage, radish, broccoli, mustard and horseradish.
Broccoli is a very good source of them, especially the seeds and sprouts. These compounds are water-soluble and very sensitive to heat, so cooking vegetables causes them to be lost. You would need to eat about 114 kg of cooked broccoli to get the same amount of sulforaphane and glucoraphanin contained in 10 g of Sulfoforte broccoli seeds.
