DESCRIPTION: LactoBifido are capsules with probiotic bacteria for the maintenance of normal intestinal bacterial flora. Particularly recommended after antibiotic and steroid therapy, for people who are eating poorly (diet with lots of highly processed food), after fasting, stays in exotic countries (especially if food poisoning occurred during such a stay), to refresh the intestinal flora. The product is suitable for people with histamine intolerance, as the selected strains do not produce histamine.

- Produce β-galactosidase which breaks down lactose
DIRECTIONS: Take 1 capsule with a meal per day (but in the case of increased requirements, 2 capsules may be taken). Take capsules with water, preferably taken on an empty stomach (30 minutes before breakfast) or in the evening before bedtime (one hour after dinner). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

INGREDIENTS: Potato starch (filler), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule), bacterial strains: Lactobacillus helveticus Rosell-52, Lactococcus lactis Rosell-1058, Bifidobacterium longum Rosell-175, Lactobacillus rhamnosus Rosell-11, Bifidobacterium breve Rosell-70, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable) - anti-caking agent, Bifidobacterium bifidum Rosell-71, ascorbic acid (antioxidant).
Note for allergy sufferers: freeze-dried bacteria contain milk and soya ingredients; produced without yeast and gluten.
PRECAUTIONS: The package contains a sachet with a moisture absorber - do not consume. Some people with specific, atypical intestinal flora may experience diarrhoea while taking the product. If this persists for 2-3 days, the intake of the product should be discontinued (such people may also experience this symptom after consuming yoghurt or kefir). The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
STORAGE: Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry, dark place in a tightly closed container. After opening, store at approx. 4°C.
