DESCRIPTION: Probiotic bacteria Lacto and Bifido: maintain the correct intestinal environment and pH, improve metabolism and intestinal function, positively influence the immune system, antibody production, protect and nurture the intestinal mucosa, inhibit the growth of unfavourable bacteria and fungi that are a source of harmful toxins, produce β-galactosidase to break down lactose.

The lacto and bifidobacteria are microencapsulated. This makes them resistant to gastric acids and bile. They are only released and active in the colon.

The bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum and Bifidobacterium breve are very beneficial for intestinal function. They are particularly important in the case of irritable bowel syndrome, which is now an affliction in an increasing number of people, as well as in leaky gut. Lactobacillus plantarum is involved in the digestion of polyphenols.

DIRECTIONS: Adults, pregnant women and lactating mothers should take 1-2 capsules. Children aged 7+ should take 1 capsule per day. To be consumed on an empty stomach or between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
