DESCRIPTION: Iodine of the highest quality in the form of sublingual drops - it is bioactive, is already absorbed in the mouth and goes directly into the bloodstream.

Iodine is an element that, although needed by the body in trace amounts, is very important for our health. It has a scientifically proven beneficial effect on the proper functioning of the body:

• Thyroid function and thyroid hormone production
• Cognitive functions (memory, concentration, learning ability, etc.)
• Nervous system function
• Energy metabolism (energy production)
• Skin health
• Contributes to the normal growth of children

Our body is not able to produce iodine on its own, nor can it store it in sufficient quantities for the long term. Therefore, iodine has to be supplied to the body with food or inhaled by breathing iodine-laden air - e.g. at the seaside. Iodine is mainly found in meat and fish foods, so people who eat little or no of these foods should supplement with iodine.
