Heather honey is one of the finest honeys available in Poland. The limited availability of this unique honey is due to the moderate number of heather fields and the difficulty in harvesting it.

Characteristics:

• Color: Tea-like
• Aroma: Intensely heather-like
• Taste: Sweet and slightly bitter

In its liquid form, heather honey has a characteristic jelly-like texture, and after crystallization, it gains a thick, grainy consistency.

Tips:
