Good Digestion Jacob's contains a well-composed complex of digestive enzymes. It is formed by the following 5 enzymes: amylase, protease, lipase, cellulase, lactase. The enzymes contained in the product are 100% natural, without the use of genetic engineering and purely vegetable.
The calcium contained in the daily dose of Good Digestion by Dr. Jacob's (6 tablets) supports the proper functioning of digestive enzymes in the intestine.
Micronized diatomite from diatoms
Diatomite silica contained in the Good Digest product is a source of natural, non-crystalline silicon. Diatomite selected according to special purity criteria and micronized in a special process comes from very old deposits. Thanks to micronization, its porous absorbent surface is significantly increased (detoxification).

Good Digestion contains 4 plant extracts:
Ginger
Ginger has been cultivated and used in various ways in India and China for 5,000 years. In Europe, the plant was already known in the Middle Ages. Ginger root is especially valued for the essential oils it contains and the sharp substances gingerol and shogaol.
Black cumin
In ancient Egypt, black cumin was considered the "gold of the pharaohs". Thanks to the valuable essential oils contained in it, including thymoquinone, black cumin finds many applications. The black cumin extract contained in the Good Digestion product contains 5% thymoquinone.
Artichoke
This plant is distinguished by a high content of flavonoids and bitter substances, including cynarin.
Chamomile
Chamomile is worth using in times of stress. It contains apigenin, an important secondary plant substance from the group of flavones (flavanoids), which also gives the chamomile flower its yellow color.
In addition to the plants mentioned, Good Digestion contains:
- powder from the fruit of the moringa tree,
- fennel oil,
- orange oil.
Portion recommended for consumption during the day: 3 x 2 tablets before meals with water (a total of 6 tablets a day).
