DESCRIPTION: Vitamin C is ideal for efficient joints and strong bones. It takes part in the formation of collagen, which is a component of joint cartilage. Ascorbic acid is therefore responsible for the flexibility of the joints - reducing the risk of injury. Vitamin C is essential for the formation and secretion of ossein - a bone-building component.

The demand for vitamin C increases with heavy, prolonged physical exertion, during vomiting, during intestinal disorders, during anorexia, in the elderly, in people with hypertension, in people with diabetes, in people who smoke, in people under severe stress, in pregnant and lactating women. 

• L(+)-ascorbic acid is needed to build the body's resistance to infection
• Vitamin C is one of the most important natural antioxidants - it neutralises excess harmful free radicals, which contribute to the damage of proteins, lipids and DNA
• Strengthens blood vessels, which prevents the easy formation of bruises, haemorrhages or bleeding gums; participates in the production of red blood cells; promotes the absorption of iron
• Inhibits the oxidation of LDL cholesterol, leading to a reduction in pathological atherosclerosis; participates in the regulation of blood pressure; reduces the risk of stroke
• Vitamin C is involved in enzyme reactions in the cells of our body, especially those involved in collagen biosynthesis and the maintenance of normal connective tissue function

DIRECTIONS: Take 2 capsules per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
