This all-natural formula enables your everyday supply of fibres necessary for good digestion. Unfortunately, most of us don't get enough fibre in our regular diet; this formula makes it easy to get the fibre you need every day by combining psyllium, oat bran and apple pectin in convenient capsules.

DIRECTIONS: Take two capsules two times per day with 250 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
