DESCRIPTION: Omega 3 essential fatty acids aren't produced by the body, so must be included in the diet with fish, or supplemented with good quality fish oil. The eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in Omega 3 are essential for wellbeing and health.

DIRECTIONS: Take 1 soft gel every day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

INGREDIENTS: Fish oil containing OMEGA 3 fatty acids 1000 mg, natural vitamin E 2 mg (d-alpha tocopherol), capsule shell: bovine gelatine, glycerol.
