NOW Foods Super Omega 3-6-9 softgels offer a unique blend of fish oil, borage oil, and organic flax seed oil, providing a well-balanced combination of essential and non-essential fatty acids.

Omega-3s such as alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), along with omega-6 gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), play a key role in maintaining healthy skin, a balanced immune system, and optimal nervous system function.
