Recommended Daily Intake:

Take half a scoop (0.5 g) twice daily, or as advised by a doctor or pharmacist. Pour the scoop's contents directly into the mouth and drink water, or mix with a small amount of liquid or yogurt.

Do not mix with hot liquids.

The maximum daily intake is 1.5 scoops (1.5 g). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings:

• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
