DIRECTIONS: Take 1 sachet daily for several months. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of juice and drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

INGREDIENTS: Hydrolysed fish collagen, methylsulfonylmethane (optiMSM), glucosamine KCl sulphate from shellfish, l-ascorbic acid, bamboo shoot extract, standardised grape seed extract (source of OPCs) Styphnolobium extract (source of rutoside), maltodextrin, sodium hyaluronate, sodium borate, nicotinic acid, manganese gluconate, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, copper (II) gluconate, chromium picolinate, L-selenomethionine, potassium iodide.
The following allergens may be present: cereals containing gluten, fish and their products, crustaceans and products thereof, soya and its products, lupin and products thereof, milk and products thereof, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
PRECAUTIONS: Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. During pregnancy and lactation consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not use in persons predisposed to kidney stone formation or suffering from kidney stones. The product must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
