DESCRIPTION:Ā B Optima contains all known vitamins of the B vitamin complex, i.e. thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin and folate. Unlike other supplements, it contains less well-known but very necessary components, such as para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) or choline, which are neurotransmitters, inositol, and dimethylglycine (DMG) commonly known as "vitamin B15" or pangamic acid.

    INGREDIENTS:Ā Choline Dipartate, capsule shell (filling substance: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), nicotinic acid amide, thiamine hydrochloride, dimethylglycine (DMG), calcium D-pantothenate, nucleotides 60% from the yeast S. cerevisiae (filling substance: acacia gum), inulin, para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), inositol, riboflavin, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, calcium L-methylfolate, D-biotin, 5'-deoxyadenosylcobalamin, methylcobalamin.
