Lecithin is beneficial for the skin, digestive system, and more, but it is said that people who work mentally need much more of this compound than others, and they need more than can be found in food. Pharmacists recommend that lecithin supplements be taken prophylactically and regularly, to improve memory. In food, there are very small amounts of lecithin, most commonly found in: EGG YOLKS ๐Ÿณ,ย SOYBEANSย and SUNFLOWER SEEDS ๐ŸŒป. It can also be found in BAKER'S YEAST, NUTS, UNREFINED RAPESEED and SUNFLOWER OIL, GREEN VEGETABLES, AVOCADOS and OLIVES, as well as DAIRYย ๐Ÿฅ› and LIVER.
