Zinc performs a number of basic functions in the body. As a component of various enzymes (or their activator), it influences the synthesis of DNA ๐งฌ, RNA, hormones, and participates in the metabolism of proteins and carbohydrates. It is a MICRONUTRIENT necessary for growth and development, since it influences the immune, nervous, circulatory and skeletal systems ๐ฆด. In food, it is particularly found in MEAT ๐ and FISH/SEAFOOD ๐.

P R E C A U T I O N S :
โ Zinc should not be taken with a meal, preferably 2 hours before or after it, as some food components may negatively affect its absorption.
โ Do not take zinc while drinking coffee , as this interferes with zinc absorption.
โ Zinc should not be taken with iron, as it reduces zinc absorption.
โ The use of zinc reduces the absorption of calcium, tetracycline antibiotics and diuretics, taking these at the same time should be consulted with your doctor.
โ Zinc is not recommended for patients with gastric or duodenal ulcers.
