Delivery information
Standard 2-5 working day delivery is FREE for orders over £100 (for delivery addresses in England)
Delivery on orders under £100, or to addresses outside England and Wales, are calculated dynamically based on your basket content. Simply add the products you require to your basket and enter or select your delivery address. The correct delivery charge will be calculated automatically. As you add or remove products from your basket, the delivery charge will update.
Working days are Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on bank holidays.
Please note: deliveries can occasionally be made outside these times due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages Get Body Back Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim or Get Body Back Ltd for assistance.
We will do our best to support you on that and make sure that you are happy with our services. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Get Body Back Ltd facilitate the delivery services to their customers, hence any action related to the shipments should be resolved directly with selected courier/shipping company.

We use a national carrier to deliver goods like Royal Mail.
Bank holiday delivery information
No deliveries will be made on bank holidays.
Can you deliver to my area?
gbb-shop.co.uk can only accept orders for delivery to UK or Eire addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses.
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately not. We deliver to mainland UK (excluding BFPO addresses).
How soon will gbb-shop.co.uk dispatch my order?
The items offered for sale on this site are stock lines. Under normal circumstances, they will always be in stock and available for dispatch. We will dispatch complete orders within the delivery time stated in your shopping basket at the point of ordering.
Can I collect my order?
