Are the products original?
Yes, all our products come straight from manufacturers. (Czech Republic, Poland, Germany).

Are the labels in English? 
No, some labels are printed in Polish. For example Visanto products come with Polish labels, but on the product pages you will find descriptions of the products, including ingredients, directions for use, storage directions and any precautions/warnings in English. 

Do I have to pay a custom duty? 
No, we pay for all taxes and custom duty. 

How will gbb-shop.co.uk deliver my order?
We use national couriers like Royal Mail and Hermes to deliver goods.

How soon will gbb-shop.co.uk dispatch my order?
We will dispatch complete orders within the delivery time stated in your shopping basket at the point of ordering.

Will you deliver on bank holidays?
No deliveries will be made on bank holidays.

Can you deliver to my area?
gbb-shop.co.uk can only accept orders for delivery to UK or Eire addresses. We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses.

Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately not. We deliver to mainland UK (excluding BFPO addresses).

Can I collect my order?
Yes you can  The collection address is in Wellingborough.
