Melatonin - a reliable sleeping aid
Melatonin is the "sleep hormone" that regulates our body's day and night rhythms. In the case of problems with falling asleep, it helps to shorten the time to fall asleep (such problems may be caused by working a night shift, disturbed circadian rhythm, etc.). This positive effect occurs if you take 1 mg of melatonin approx. 30 minutes before bedtime.
Melatonin also helps to alleviate the jetlag effect, i.e. the difficulty in adjusting to the new time zone on long journeys. Use from the first day of travel, approx. 30 minutes before the planned sleep and then on the following days, until switching to the local time.
Magnesium - for the nervous system and psyche
Magnesium is also called a relaxing mineral. The Hypro-ri ® Magnesium used is a special, improved form of magnesium as it has a particularly high bioavailability and bioactivity. It consists of natural marine magnesium and amino acids from rice protein. In this combination, magnesium is particularly bioavailable to our body - even better than magnesium glycinate or magnesium glycerophosphate.
The magnesium contained in the product Good Sleep by Dr. Jacob's has been scientifically proven to benefit the following body functions:
✓ functions of the nervous system,
✓ proper psychological functions,
✓ reducing the feeling of fatigue,
✓ energy metabolism,
✓ proper heart rhythm and muscle function.
Proven plant extracts for a better effect

Hops (hops extract) has a relaxing effect, supports the feeling of relaxation, supports falling asleep and healthy, regenerative sleep.

Our additional tips for better sleep:
Get ready for bed - at least half an hour before going to bed, start doing something that relaxes you, e.g. walking, warm bath, other favourite forms of relaxation.
Avoid watching TV or surfing the internet at bedtime. Both of these elements keep the mind agitated, and the high proportion of blue light on the displays disrupts the natural sleep-wake cycle.
Try not to eat anything after 6:00 PM. Otherwise, the body is too busy digesting. We subconsciously perceive it in a dream and sleep more restlessly. Eating sweets before bedtime increases the level of glucose and has a stimulating effect. Fruit can work similarly, which additionally may require you to wake up at night to urinate.
Drinking too many drinks, especially sweetened or fruit juices, can cause similar effects.
Sleep in a room below 20 degrees C with fresh air.
The room for sleeping should be well darkened - lighting or the light of lanterns on the walls can be perceived through closed eyes and deteriorate the quality of sleep. Our bodies only produce the right amount of melatonin, the sleep hormone, when it's completely dark.
