DESCRIPTION: Ahista contains ingredients for efficient digestion and inhibition of adverse histamine effects (a hormone which takes part in wound healing, secretion of gastric juice, regulation of smooth muscle tone, interaction with other hormones and is responsible for the symptoms of allergic reactions). It is intended for people who want to support digestive processes and take care of intestinal mucosa. Recommended especially for histamine intolerance.
Its' ingredients nourish the intestinal membrane, which is the largest mucous membrane of the body. Vitamin B6 and copper support the immune system and are involved in the formation of diaminoxidase, an enzyme that breaks down histamine. Vitamin B2 and biotin support the maintenance of normal mucous membranes. Lithotamnium calcareum red algae extract is particularly rich in natural calcium which supports the normal function of digestive enzymes. Active magnesium ascorbate supports the function of over 300 enzymes.
DIRECTIONS: Take 2-3 times a day (using the scoop provided with the product) mixed in a glass of water or juice. Consume with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
